Hope for Henry T-Shirt Fundraiser

Young Henry is currently in heart failure, facing a second heart transplant after being diagnosed with stage 4 Cardiac Allograft Vasculopathy, a serious condition affecting his transplanted heart. He's now been relisted and is waiting for the gift of a new heart.

Sugar Acres Apparel designed this shirt to help carry his family through this fight. Every single proceed goes directly to Henry and his family, to help ease the weight of medical costs and give them one less thing to worry about while they focus on him.
